Contract Formation:

To finalise your order, full payment is required. Upon receipt of your payment, we’ll send a confirmation email to the address you provided, establishing a legally binding contract between us.

Order Refusal:

We may decline your order under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient stock availability.
  • Inability to deliver to your location.
  • Incorrect product pricing due to typographical or supplier errors.

If your order is refused, you will be notified via email, and any payment will be refunded to your account within 30 days. Additional compensation is not provided.

Pricing Details:

The prices displayed on our website apply to all orders. Delivery charges may apply based on your location and are outlined on our site. All prices are processed in USD, with currency conversions shown for convenience. Slight price changes may occur between ordering and dispatch due to exchange rate variations.

Cancellation Rights:

You can cancel your order within 14 working days of placing it. To do so:

  • Notify us in writing.
  • Return the goods to our contact address at your own cost and risk if already received.

Custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation. If returned goods are not in original condition, we reserve the right to deduct recovery costs from the refund.

We will deliver your order to the address provided during checkout within 30 days. Ownership of the goods transfers upon delivery, and any loss or damage thereafter is your responsibility.

Fraud Prevention:

To ensure secure transactions, we may validate your details against third-party databases for fraud prevention purposes. Your information will be handled in accordance with data protection laws and will not affect your credit rating.

Notices:

Events Beyond Our Control:

We are not liable for delivery delays or product damages caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical issues.

Governing Law:

Our agreement is governed by English law, with disputes resolved under the jurisdiction of English courts.

Entire Agreement:

These terms, along with our pricing, delivery, and privacy policies, form the complete agreement between us. Verbal statements by sales representatives do not amend these terms unless explicitly agreed upon.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

For made-to-measure items, modifications or cancellations can be requested within two days of placing your order. Contact us at info@scotlandapparel.com with your order details. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible or could incur additional fees.
