If an item doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable, don’t worry! Our exchange process is simple:
- We gladly exchange most items for a different size or colour.
- Engraved or custom-made items can only be exchanged if there’s a manufacturing defect.
- For quicker exchanges, place a new order for the replacement item and return the unsuitable one for a refund.
- Alternatively, send the item back for an exchange, and we’ll dispatch the replacement once we receive your return.
- Processing time for exchanges typically ranges from a few days to two weeks, depending on shipping times.
Overseas Customers:
For international exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original for a refund.
Combined Shipping:
If you’re purchasing additional items with your replacement, you can combine them in one order and pay a single shipping fee.
Returns:
To return an item for a refund, please send it back to us and include:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Details of any faults if the item is defective.
Important Notes for Returns:
- Engraved or custom-made items are non-refundable unless a manufacturing fault is identified.
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt (extended to 30 days after Christmas for holiday purchases).
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Returned items should be clean, free from odours and pet hair, folded neatly, and securely packaged to prevent damage.
For International Returns:
- Clearly mark the package and customs documentation as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges during customs clearance.
